Summit’s Seasonal HVAC Check-Up is a biannual service designed to prepare your system ahead of peak seasons. Each spring and fall visit focuses on performance, efficiency, and early detection so your home stays comfortable and your system runs at its best when you need it most.
You get 2 HVAC checkup visits.
One in the spring and one in the fall to ensure proper operation when the system is needed most.
Annual payment of $250.
Charged once per year and renews automatically unless canceled.

Extra time is billed at $100/hour (materials not included).
